Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

1. All of our dresses in our e-commerce system are with ready stock. If you make order today and your payment is verified,  MimiMomo Fashion will send out your parcel on the next working day & notify you courier tracking no. 

2. Normally courier company will take another 1-2 days for delivery.

3. In normal circumstances, Pos laju will deliver the parcel to you on next working days. Unless your postcode is out of Pos Laju coverage area, it would then take more than 1 working day. Find out more here to know the Pos Laju coverage area. If you not receiveing your parcel, please contact the courier company directly.


1st working day: Order made by customer & payment is verified by MimiMomo Fashion

2nd working day: MimiMomo Fashion to send out parcel & update cutsomer tracking no. by email.

3rd - 4th working days: Courier company to deliver parcel to customer.

Currently, we offer free delivery when a single order is RM300 or 2 items as above. Exclude best buy item. Shipping charge will be automactically waived when the above condition is applied.

For international shipping, pls contact us before placing order.

5. To trace your parcel, you can visit www.pos.com.my or www.skynet.com.my with the tracking number given.

6. If your ordered item is out of stock and payment has been made, we will contact you for further arrangement. You may change your order or we will refund to you directly. No worry. This scenario is seldom happen. It would happen only if there is system error / more than 1 customer order the dress at the same time.

7. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to unforseen circumstances such as technical or resource issue.  For urgent order, please inform us in advance. We can try our best to have special arrangement for you.

8. We are using Pos office parcel service & skynet courier service for all deliveries. We reserve the right to change the cheapest and effective courier company based on your location and weight of your parcel.

9. Pls take note that if you using other bank account to transfer to Maybank, it may take 1-2 days for our maybank account to reflect the payment transfer transaction. We can only send out the item to you after payment is verified. Apologize for inconvenience caused.

Return Policy

Items are exchangable strictly within 2days only upon receiving. If customer wants to exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policybelow: 

Important Notes :
1. Courier charges for all wrong delivery will be borned by us. However, all associated fees must be borne by the Customer if the exchangeable cases are under case #2 & #3 as below.
2. Items must be returned in the original packaging (must have taps, tag, carton or boxes). Otherwise, the exchange request will not be entertained.
3. Items can be exchanged to another design if the current design is not available. If the price is higher, customer need to top up whatever the differences. However, no refund will be entertained.

Exchangeable Cases

Case 1. Wrong delivery. If we have wrong deliver the product to you, please inform us immediately. All deliverycharges will be borne by mimimomo.com.my

Case 2. Our procedure is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition.  However, if items that are terribly damage or stained, we are willing to let you return.

Case 3. If the size is far from your expectation then exchange can be made with other sizes subject to availability. Exchange are not allowed if size measurement in our website differs about 1-3cm only from the actual products.

Delivery charge for Case #2 &Case #3 to be borne by customers.


Non-Exchangeable Cases

1. Minor loose threads, minor stain / dirt, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differsslightly from the pictures shown online.

2. Exchange are not allowed if size measurement in our website differs about 1-3cm only from the actual products.

3. Customers who did not inform us prior before hand the reason for exchange and posted the item back to us will not be entertained.

4. Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.

5. Items after tailor'salteration are not exchangeable.

6. Best buy items are not exchangeable & refundable.

7. Parcel which is required International Shipping.


What you need to do for exchange?

1. Inform mimimomo customer servicemimimomo2u@hotmail.com by msn or email the reson for exchange immediately upon received. Kindly include your name, order no. into the detail for our furtheraction.

2. Arrange return delivery within2 days upon our confirmation of your return request.

3. Inform us the tracking number.

4. We will verify the returned goods and replace another one if the claim is logic.

5. Wait for delivery.
