FAQs


Q1. How to place an order?

To order :

1. Sign up as new member for FREE or log in as existing member

2. Click the thumbnail photo that you are interested.

3. Click "add to cart" if you would like to buy the item.

4. Confirm the item(s) in your cart and click "Checkout" 

5. Fill up "shipping information". By default, your register detail is captured here. Change it if the shipping address is not same as your register data.

6. Fill up your "billing information.

7. Choose "Bank Deposit " and click next. You will be shown details of our Bank Account. Please bank in within 3 days to secure your order.

8. Order summary and detail will be shown. Please check to ensure the accuracy. 

9. Wow. done. Please record your order no. for future tracking.

10. Waiting for your order to be delivered.


P/S:While making payment to us by maybank2u, please include "payment@mimimomo.com.my" into email notification, print screen after payment is transacted and email to payment@mimimomo.com.my with the print screen. 

If you would like to use ATM to transfer or bank in manually, please keep the bank in slip. And kindly log into "My Account" and  update "Payment Notice". Bank in slip may require upon request for verification purpose.


Pls take note that if you using other bank account to transfer to Maybank, it may take 1-2 days for our maybank account to reflect the payment transfer transaction. We can only send out the item to you after payment is verified. Apologize for inconvenience caused.


Q2. How to track my order.

You can track your order status by logging into "My Account". We will udpate the status from time to time.


Q3. Product Availability

If any of the products that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity via email, calls or sms. You can choose any of the other product with same value, or top up for other products in higher price. Or, we will refund in full to you.


Q4. Edit or Cancel Order

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment. Should you wish to edit or cancel your order, please email to enquiry@mimimomo.com.my with your order no. within 2 days. We will try our best to fulfill your request. However, once your order has been processed or delivered, no changes can be made.


Q5. How can i know my order is delivered?

We will update the order status in your order record. An auto-generated email will be sent to your account to update you the tracking no. You can check the courier status at pos office website or skynet website with your tracking number. Or you can also contact us by email at enquiry@mimimomo.com.my or msn to mimimomo2u@hotmail.com for checking.


Q6. Why do the colours of the item(s) vary from what I see online? 
The colour of the item(s) may vary slightly from the actual product due to your monitor display settings. Some computers have very bright display on monitors, while some look a little mellow. But no worries, I will try my best to snap really good photos of the item(s) so you’ll have better viewing.

Q7. Will i get what i see from the image?

All of our product images are 100% origin and taken from real stock. We have taken different angles of the products that allow you to look at the product in detail & the quality of fabric.

Q8. Can i return the products?

In some circumstances, you can return the products with us. Please read our return policy for more information.
